Process

Our main goal is to create a stress free, fun experience. Who doesn't need that these days! Below is a friendly tour of our design process for a new project (website or logo and graphics design):




PLANNING THE PROJECT

First off we like to chat with you about your project, and to get a clear idea of what you are looking for. We usually request that you send us at least 3 websites that you like. This will help us to understand what look and feel we can aim for with the new design. Once we have agreement on the project details we move to the design process below.




DESIGN AND CODING

We start by designing the first mock-up and send it to you for feedback. We usually have 3 back and forth emails to fine tune the design to your liking.

Once you are happy with the final design we code your site into css and xhtml and post it online for you to view. (you will be given a link to view the new design on our server) We then add content if needed and work out any interface issues that need fixing. Once the site is complete we can then upload it to your server and point your domain to the new site.




COMPLETING THE PROJECT

Finally we will make sure that you have the basic skills to manage the site yourself if needed. We are always online and willing to help if there are any problems.

We also can register your domain for you, setup your hosting and maintain your new site. We offer affordable yearly hosting packages starting at $10 monthly or $100 yearly. We can manage your content and add new pages and functions to your site as your business grows. This is quite affordable as we charge very reasonable rates for maintaining your site.
